Our member Alma Kugić, together with her 24 international colleagues of interdisciplinary provenances (aerospace engineering, structural engineering, astrophysics, robotics, radiation, life support systems, human factors, space architecture …), participated as a Team Red at the Space Station Design Workshop of the University of Stuttgart and won this year’s award. The workshop was very intensive and was evaluated by experts from the Institute of Space Systems (University of Stuttgart). The development of the project lasted the whole week from 4-9 October, 2021. The team worked day and night on a lunar basis in close cooperation, each in its own area and in mutual coordination.
