Project Description

The project is focused on strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations to effectively respond to the needs of the local community, especially in crisis situations. The applicant, Adriatic Aerospace Association, will conduct activities over 12 months in collaboration with partners: Croatian Community of Technical Culture, Game of Knowledge, an association for digital education and play, and the authorities of the Sisak-Moslavina County. The project will also strengthen vulnerable groups in society, such as the elderly who are at risk of exclusion and young high school students who lack work experience for better employability. It is known that the current crisis circumstances have more severely affected the older generations, who are also less digitally literate. Therefore, the project will involve high school students and residents of nursing homes for the elderly, conducting intergenerational education, thereby contributing to reducing isolation and discrimination.
